The size of areolas can be made closer at the time of breast augmentation. Truly inverted nipples are never improved by just breast augmentation and need an additional procedure to correct them, which can certainly be done at the same time as the augmentation.

Almost all the breast tissue needs to be removed for great results. A small thin disc of tissue should be left directly beneath the nipple-areola in order to prevent retraction and a sunken nipple. Usually this tissue cannot be removed with just liposuction and must be excised directly. There is a variety of incisions that can be used for this. I favor the lateral pull through technique. Getting great results from gynecomastia correction is harder than it seems and I would advise taking your time in choosing your surgeon. Good luck.

There are a few different breast lift procedures. Most of them still result in surface scars that go around the border of the areola, then vertically down to the crease and horizontally for a short distance along the crease. It is performed as an out patient procedure with a fairly easy recovery. If you are planning to travel abroad for the surgery I would recommend staying 7-10 days to be sure everything is healing well before you return. To answer your other question - some fat can be added to the small dimples. That could be done at the same time as your lift if you wanted.

Some young women have breasts that do not appear youthful, either because of the size or sagging of the sagging skin. Breast lift operations are very successful with the trade off being the scars. If the operation is done well and the patient has good skin the scars should fade and become difficult to see. It is well worth it if the lift would make you feel more confident and comfortable in your own "skin". Good luck.

28 Mar 2018 From the moment I met with Doctor I knew I was in the best possible hands. Immediately I could tell he was not going to be happy unless he achieved perfection. That’s exactly what he did. It turned out better than I imagined. It’s as perfect as perfect can be. I had no pain and was back to work in less than a week. Dr Schuster is the greatest. From the moment I met him in his office I was totally at ease and knew I was in the right place with a surgeon who’s expectations were higher than mine. I could tell he was going to be such a perfectionist and that’s exactly what he was. I would not change one thing about the experience. Everything went better than I could have ever imagined. Just want to mention, my surgery was on a Friday and Sunday I wore a big sweatshirt to cover my drain tubes and my wife and I went out to dinner. 2 days later. I felt really good.
25 May 2018 After visiting a few different surgeons about breast augmentation, I decided to choose Dr. Schuster because he had so much experience and also made me feel comfortable in person. After a couple consultations, I also decided to go with Ideal Implants because of their natural feel and also because of the safety of the saline filling rather than silicone. After my surgery and a couple months of recovery, the implants look so natural and I couldn't be more happy with them. My friends have all commented on how natural everything looks and also feels! I would recommend the Ideal Implants for anyone thinking about breast augmentation. They give me a peace of mind that I wouldn't have with silicone implants while also feeling natural. I'd recommend Dr. Schuster and his team to anyone - they are great to work with and patient and understanding throughout the entire process.
