Dr. Ira Savetsky is a board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeon who specializes in surgery of the face, nose, breasts, body. Based in New York City, Dr. Savetsky’s extensive training under leaders and pioneers in the field has truly allowed him to remain on the cutting-edge of aesthetic surgery and obtain unrivaled results. He is one of few plastic surgeons who has completed a fellowship in advanced aesthetic procedures, such as facelift and neck lift surgery and rhinoplasty, at the internationally renowned Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.
At his New York City practice, Dr. Savetsky offers the full spectrum of cosmetic procedures, including a Mommy Makeover, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty, abdominoplasty, and brow lift surgery, among other treatment options to improve facial harmony, as well as the breast and body contours. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and The Aesthetic Society. Dr. Savetsky is extensively published, having authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles in top national academic journals in addition to at least 30 chapters in cosmetic surgery textbooks. Dr. Savetsky also serves on the ASPS educational committee and the editorial board of the number one plastic surgery journal in the world, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

An initial consultation with Dr. Savetsky will give you the opportunity to discuss your needs, goals, and aesthetic concerns in a warm, relaxing environment. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about Dr. Savetsky’s experience or your procedure(s) of interest. State-of-the-art technology such as computer imaging software may be used to help you visualize the potential outcome of surgery. Dr. Savetsky will thoroughly explain the risks, benefits, limitations, and surgical process associated with a given treatment, carefully reviewing your medical history to help confirm you’re a good candidate for surgery. He will also show you before-and-after photos from his comprehensive patient gallery to give you insight into what is possible with your procedure(s).
