A nominal fee of $100 is charged for this appointment, with no charge for any subsequent consultations. If surgery or another treatment is considered, you will receive a written quote during your visit. We welcome the opportunity to meet you and demonstrate how stress-free a consultation can be. Whether over the phone or via email, our patient care staff will answer any questions you may have. They will generate an informational packet catered to your specific needs and send it to you, often on the same day.

2. Come In to Meet with Us

The next step is to meet with Dr. Samaha or Dr. Phelan, along with Maureen Walls, our Registered Nurse and Patient Care Coordinator. They will review your medical history and provide advice on the best options available to help you achieve your goals, including cosmetic surgery, medical-grade skincare, and minimally invasive procedures.

If you're considering breast augmentation, your consultation will include a personalized implant sizing session, allowing you to try out different sizes and profiles of implants based on your unique body measurements and desired breast size.

3. Get Details About the Next Steps

After discussing your goals, ideal timetable, and budget, our office staff will prepare a quote for the procedure(s) you are considering. If you are ready to schedule your procedure by the end of the consultation, we will make every effort to do so before you leave. However, if you prefer to take some time to think about the information and options provided, the written quote we supply will be honored for six months.

At Boston Plastic Surgery, procedures are performed in our state-of-the-art outpatient surgery suite, accredited by QUAD A (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc.). Your care is overseen by a board-certified anesthesiologist to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort.

Our patients also have the option to undergo surgery at community hospitals or academic teaching hospitals where Dr. Samaha serves as an Attending Surgeon.

Our surgical facility is equipped to handle all common outpatient plastic surgery procedures. However, we do not offer overnight accommodations. Patients requiring an overnight stay can be scheduled at one of the hospitals where Dr. Samaha is on staff.
