We welcome you into a fun and comfortable office for a consultation. During this consultation, Dr. Burgess will discuss honest, informative, and realistic expectations. Your Consultation
We offer consultations for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Burgess for $200. Half of this payment will apply towards any procedure provided within one year. Insurance consultations are billed through the patient's insurance.
If you would like to meet with a registered nurse to discuss non-surgical options, the consultation is complimentary.
Facilities
Primarily our surgeries are performed at Legacy Meridian Park Hospital or at an outpatient surgery center. Smaller procedures can be performed in our private office in a surgical suite using local anesthesia.

Dr. Burgess answers her email as frequently as possible and looks forward to your inquiries. However, there is no guarantee that Dr. Burgess can answer your email in any specified period of time. The whole process was thorough. I was allowed time to chose my size. I made the rice recipe and wore those around. The pre-op appointment answered all my questions. The day of surgery was on time and post-op directions were clear. I healed well, rested my upper body, which is hard for me. Dr. Burgess is top notch, personable, and loves what she does. I wish I did this years ago.
Dr. Burgess was fantastic! I had an amazing experience with her as well as her staff. It is obvious she runs a very busy practice and I can see why - her work is incredible. I am only one month out from my mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast reduction) and I could not be happier. I look and feel fantastic. This was truly the best decision and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to be able to do this surgery. I won't lie and say that is was an easy procedure but looking back now, feeling the way I do now, and looking the way I do now - I would do it all over again. I LOVE my body again. My experience started two years ago. After having my second child in two years I decided it was time to do a little mommy makeover. I was referred to Dr. Burgess by a friend of a friend....I'm SOOOOO glad I was sent to her. Went through all the meetings, consults and set a date to have my augmentation done. Then the DAY BEFORE I found out I was pregnant. I was freaking out, not only were we having a third child in 3 years but I had fully paid for a surgery that now couldn't happen. Calling the office I was terrified of what I was going to hear. The staff from day one have been AMAZING and they were that day too. Within an hour of calling, they called back to let me know that I would be getting 100% of money back. I knew right then that she was a wonderful Dr!!! Fast forward two years...I have a beautiful baby boy and now it was time to schedule the surgery again. They staff remembered me (how could they forget;) and it was a wonderful experience same as the previous visits. I had surgery preformed on Thursday morning and it couldn't have gone better. I was VERY surprised to receive followers Friday morning from Dr Burgess...it goes to show you she actually cares. I was off all prescription pain meds by Saturday early morning and took my last ibuprofen on Sunday. I was back to feeling almost 100% 5 days after the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone!!!
