Dr. Andrew M. Ress is a board-certified plastic surgeon, celebrating a career of over 25 years of plastic surgery excellence and practicing in Boca Raton, Florida. He is the founder of [liv]® Plastic Surgery and he excels in facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring procedures.

His journey began with a strong foundation in biology at Cornell University, followed by rigorous medical training at the University of Miami, a general surgery residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, where he served as Chief Resident, as well as a plastic surgery residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Continuing his pursuit of excellence, Dr. Ress further honed his skills through fellowship training at renowned institutions such as Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Andrew Rees is the most incredible plastic surgeon in the United States. I have traveled from Utah to have him work on my body and face. Not only is he such a perfectionist in all his work. He takes the time to get to know you and really explain in detail. His bedside manner is off the charts and with spend any amount of time to make you feel that you are getting the very best service and care. I really struggled with my weight all my life and it just got worse after menopause and I could not get it off. Not only, did he help me transform my body to my ideal weight, he really takes a personal interest into how it affects your self -esteem and self worth and he prides himself in assisting you to be the very best you can be and meet all your goals. I would recommend Dr. Rees hands down and would give him 10 stars. I would never trust another plastic surgeon to do any surgery or procedure to my face or body. Dr. Ress gave me a neck lift and fat transfer. The doctor has a compassionate bedside manner, took the time to listen to me, and address my questions and concerns. His team did a wonderful job preparing me for the surgery and for what to expect during the healing process. There was an abundance of detailed information made available to me. I work in a hospital and was highly impressed with the level of cleanliness in his offices and felt fully confident having my procedure performed in his surgical suite. I am 51 and have been told that I can pass for 35. My ex-husband even said something nice, ha! If I ever consider another procedure Dr. Ress will be my first choice.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Andrew Ress for cosmetic procedures for 4 years, and cannot say enough about how pleased we’ve been with our results! In addition to his amazing skills, Dr. Ress’s bedside manner and the way his staff take care of you is exceptional!! They are like family to us at this point!
Phenomenal Results! For my privacy, I will just say I had complicated major surgery and nobody could have done any better at any price. Once back in NY, I did have severe complications and I saw 3 of the best surgeons in the world in NY and NJ that fix botched revisions from all over the world to try to resolve my issue. They said it will resolve on its own and I received some help to accelerate the healing. When Dr. Andrew Ress's work was evaluated it was praised as meticulous. It's been 6 months and I'm amazed at the results. Pleasantly surprised. I always hoped but I honestly didn't expect it to come out this well.
There is not enough kind words to express about Dr. Andrew Ress. Dr. Ress is honest, compassionate, sets realistic goals, professional and extremely talented at what he does. His entire team at Liv is top notch as well. I cannot say how amazing my surgery experience was from the consult to surgery day and post surgery. In 2023 to meet a surgeon not in this for his personal ego and paycheck but for what he actually went to medical school and improve the well being of others.
