William B. Albright, MD, is an ASPS Member plastic surgeon who is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery® and trained specifically in plastic surgery. ASPS members operate only in accredited medical facilities, adhere to a strict code of ethics and fulfill continuing medical education requirements in plastic surgery, including training in patient safety techniques. About

Meet Dr. William Albright

Dr. Albright graduated from the  University of Texas Undergraduate program and University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine with Highest Honors. He was then selected for a highly competitive six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at Penn State College of Medicine.  After intense training at Penn State as well as advanced aesthetic training in Brazil, he was chosen by the University of Iowa to replace a retiring plastic surgeon at a private cosmetic practice.   With this strong foundation, Dr. Albright became board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  
Dr. William Albright has a mission to educated and empower women on cosmetic surgery.  He spends time with each patient to answer their questions and understand their goals to provide his patients with the best possible outcomes.  Plastic surgery goes beyond basic function by optimizing both aesthetics and function.  While plastic surgery alters the body, it can also restore the spirit by better aligning one's appearance with their internal self-image and vice versa.  This duality of plastic surgery is what initially hooked Dr. Albright and continues to drive him to this day.
In 2019, Dr. Albright, his wife, and three small children returned to his hometown of San Antonio to start his practice, Alamo Plastic Surgery.  In his free time, he enjoys crossfit, reading, and travel.  What he enjoys most about plastic surgery is delivering incredible results to patients!
