How do I add a picture
Tummy TuckMember Response:
Hello Jesse95, Please give us more information about this indent - how long it has been present as well as any preceding events that may have contributed to its presence. It's best to visit a local Plastic Surgeon for an examination to determine your best treatment options. Warm regards, Dr Pedy Ganchi
Need more advice
Tummy TuckMember Response:
Hello trainerguy, There are several factors that may contribute to residual protrusion after tummy tuck surgery. Unresolved swelling, fatty deposits, excess intra abdominal fat, poor healing and recurrent stretching of plicated tissues can all hinder your achieving a flat contour. An examination would be required before determining the best course of action. Warm regards, Dr Pedy Ganchi
Concerned
Breast AugmentationMember Response:
Dear Michelle, It's best to discuss your concerns candidly with your surgeon in order to be reassured and to ask for the implant ID card for your personal records. It is typically very difficult to perceive a size enhancement with implants that are similar in volume. Hopefully you will not need to resort to additional imaging to settle your concerns and your surgeon will restore your trust and provide the reassurance you are seeking. Warm regards, Dr. Pedy Ganchi Village Plastic Surgery
Finding the Most Qualified Surgeon-Please Advise
FaceliftMember Response:
Dear Oralmed2, I would advise against seeking a very specific technique while looking for any aesthetic enhancement. It's most beneficial to select a qualified, experienced, ethical, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs safe and meticulous face-lifts. Discuss your specific goals and concerns and consider the options offered. You can then select the most suitable plan and trust that you are in good hands. Warm regards, Dr. Pedy Ganchi Village Plastic Surgery
Lines beneath the breasts
Breast LiftMember Response:
Hello Physedu33, You are likely addressing the anchor scars underneath the breasts that are a result of the classic breast lift and reduction surgeries. The vertical breast lift technique avoids this particular scar and leaves only a "Lolli-pop" scar. Depending on an individual's anatomy and goals and the surgeon's preference, the most suitable technique is selected. All scars lighten and fade over time and are well hidden in natural folds and skin lines.
Resume daily activities
Tummy TuckMember Response:
Dear Rowe15, Each patient has their own timeline with respect to healing and the specific nature of the procedure. Generally, individuals who have undergone a full tummy tuck and breast lift(Mommy make over) require 3-4 weeks prior to engaging in moderately strenuous activity. It's most appropriate to consult with your surgeon who has evaluated your progress to determine your activity time line. Warm regards, Dr. Pedy Ganchi Village Plastic Surgery
