Michael P. Vincent, MD, is an ASPS Member plastic surgeon who is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery® and trained specifically in plastic surgery. ASPS members operate only in accredited medical facilities, adhere to a strict code of ethics and fulfill continuing medical education requirements in plastic surgery, including training in patient safety techniques. We believe in being straightforward, easy to talk to, down-to-earth and affordable. My staff and I are totally committed to making you feel as comfortable as possible and treating everyone in the way we would like to be treated ourselves. We will strive to make your plastic surgery care honest, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful. We consider it a privilege to practice plastic surgery, and we will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable before, during, and after surgery. Our number one concern is always for the health, safety, and privacy of our patients. We will do our very best to provide the right option for you, and keep your cost as affordable as possible.
Your Consultation
Our cosmetic consultations are complimentary for any treatment that is performed on the day of the consultation and for any surgery that is completed within three months of the initial consultation.
Our "reconstructive" consultations for insurance related issues such as skin lesion removal, breast reconstruction/reduction, etc. will be submitted for you to your health insurance plan. We participate with almost every health insurance plan including Medicare, Tricare, and many HMO plans. In addition, our office includes a full accredited Surgical Suite that participates with almost all insurance plans as well.
We treat every patient with respect, answer your questions, and design an appropriate treatment plan that is best for you. The privacy, safety, and welfare of our patients is our top priority. You are our greatest asset.
Fillers, Botox, and light facial peels can usually be done at the time of your initial consultation.

Facilities
Our office includes a spacious fully accredited Class C Operating Room and Procedure Room where surgery can be completed in the privacy of our office suite. Our Surgical Suite participates with almost every insurance plan including Medicare, Tricare, and many HMO plans.Patient Testimonials

Scar revision

Yes, it would be very likely that you would be able to see some improvement (especially in the way the scar goes in so much) with a local scar revision. This is typically done in the office using local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. You would need to take it easy for the first 1-2 weeks to minimize the pulling of the site. A plastic surgeon would need to see you in person to provide their best advice. Any plastic surgeon who is board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) should have the expertise to take care of you. Emma Congratulations to your daughter for her hard work and dedication in losing her weight! Nearly every board certified plastic surgeon and member of the ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) would be qualified to do this type of surgery. However, I must admit that it is quite unusual to consider this surgery at such a young age. I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with an ASPS member in your community to discuss and review the options, considerations and risks. Hopefully, we could guide you and your daughter to make the best decision for her but only after a very thorough informed consent.
