I recommend waiting at least three months. Your body needs time to heal from the first surgery, and you would ideally be back to normal activity and have complete resolution of swelling. In some cases, this would require roughly six months.

This is a tough problem. Whether or not it will improve depends on what the cause for the discoloration is. There are many options to treat dyschromia (discoloration), but the best treatment will depend on how much (if any) skin loss you have. Best case, the redness gets better with time or can be addressed with laser treatment. You will need to get an in person consultationfor best discussion of alternatives. In the interim, use sunscreen and sun protection while healing.

I agree that the best first course of action is to establish communication with your surgeon. If unable to do this, you may need to be evaluated by a surgeon near you.

I would expect that the dark, dead skin will peel off and you will heal fine.

Breast reduction is often covered by commercial insurance plans, assuming that the appropriate symptoms related to having large breasts are present. I recommend you check with your insurance company if breast reduction is a covered benefit. It can also be paid for with cash, and the price would vary depending on your case and the city you live in. I recommend getting a consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon in your community.

Bra cup measurements are known to vary highly, so it is difficult to say you are a candidate based on cup size. Breast and body surgery is best planned with an in person consultation. In my practice, and in most settings, non urgent consultations for this type of surgery have been postponed.
5 weeks after rhinoplasty my nose is still large

Hi Robert. It is normal to have edema (swelling) of the nose after rhinoplasty. This can last for up to several months. I recommend that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

I absolutely LOVE the experience that I have had with Dr. Davis and his team. From the initial consultation to actual surgery and follow ups, this has been THE BEST medical treatment and care that I have ever received. During the initial consultation, Dr. Davis answered all my questions and discussed every breast reconstruction option; specifically which option that was best for ME. It was at this point that he gained my complete TRUST. Why so quickly; He recommended an INDIVIDUALIZED treatment plan according to MY diagnosis and physical lifestyle. And upon viewing his work, I was totally CONFIDENT in his surgical abilities and therefore allowed him to make every decision regarding my treatment and care to include the size of my breast implants.
