At Southwest Plastic Surgery, the consultation process is an opportunity to connect with our patients to learn about their goals and health history.By the end of the consultation, Dr. Agullo will determine with the patient whether a cosmetic procedure is right for them and whether they feel comfortable and secure enough to make a final decision.We want to spend as much time with you as you need in order to educate you, answer your questions and discuss the benefits and risks of surgery.Our goal is to have you feel that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision in a low-pressure atmosphere.Follow-up consultations are always welcome, as we want to ensure our patients are comfortable and confident about their decision.
Many consultations are enhanced with 3D simulations of possible before and after results. The cost of the consultation can be applied towards the purchase of your procedure.
Many of our patients from out-of-town choose to have virtual consultations through Skype, Facetime, or phone. Our coordinators can facilitate this.

It is very common for one breast to be different from the other. There are many options for making the breast look more symmetric. If you want to reduce the size of the right breast, then a breast reduction would be necessary. This usually entails an anchor type incision. Hi MaryJo! FaceTite is a very powerful procedure that combines fat reduction with skin tightening. It can be combined with Morpheus8 (radiofrequency microneedling) to improve skin texture and promote even more tightening. It can be used on the lower face and neck at the same time. AccuTite is a smaller applicator that can be used on the nasolabial folds, brows, and lower lids. A single treatment results in significant permanent improvement. Most patients only undergo one treatment. You can always repeat Morpheus8 without the need for sedation or anesthesia.

If they are both well-controlled, then the risks involved with the procedure are the same as in a healthy patient. At your age, we can perform breast reductions (which include a lift) in patients with large breasts that are causing symptoms like back pain, neck pain, shoulder grooving or rashes. Given your current height and weight, your BMI is at 36.3. This puts you in the moderately obese category. Ideally, your weight should be under 150 lbs, but you could undergo surgery once you are under 190 lbs. You should get a much better result with a tummy tuck and liposuction rather than liposuction alone. The more you can lose before your surgery, the better the result.
