Is it automatic to include a neck lift & browlift with a facelift?

You are perfectly right. Lay people normally do not know the details and differencies between facial rejuvenation operations. Full face lift normally includes face lift and neck lift only. You should ask ; blepharoplasty upper and lower, midface lift, temple lift, brow lift, liplift, forehead rejuvenation, skin treatements such as TCA, laser, fat grafting details, Earlobe rejuvenation

Breast symmetry is a very tricky subject. After healing maybe some kind of improvement will happen. For now It is better to focus on circulation problem of her nipples

Well you have 2 options. One is endoscopic temple lift with cantopexy, or direct cantoolasty with eyelid lift. If you also have droopy eyebrow tail, i strongly recommend endoscopic temple lift

Well . Most of the times, patients bring photos of an actress, blogger, influencer or smt. My observation is, the examples are so varied between them, only mutual speciality is their overall beauty. So this may not express an idea for the surgeon. However, surgeon may understand if the patient want a prominent one or a natural one.

2 options, your implants may be a little high. İt is better to pull them caudally. The second possibility is premature laxity of your breast tissue and skin, it is better to lift them again
Better get fat or lose weight before the procedure?

Just do, what your surgeon told you. It will be brilliant, if you stop smoking, drink water and eat fresh fruits (not juice). Graft taking needs stability, just like a broken arm in a cast. So wear your bra, rest as much as you can.
