Implant exchange from 500cc to 375cc

Good day and thank you for your question. It will all depend on how much excess skin you have after the exchange to smaller implants. The more skin that remains will require more incisions to remove it. You could wait for the skin to shrink, but it may leave you with breast sagging. Best to ask your board certified plastic surgeon about all the options.
Could lip surgery bring my lips closer to the edited photo?

Good day. A lip lift with incisions placed under the nose could achieve this desired effect but there are other options as well including lip fillers. Best to ask a board certified plastic surgeon with specialization in the face and lips.

Good morning. Both specialties handle this sort of surgery and consequences from it. It would be best to query potential surgeons and ask them specifically if they have treated this issue. You may also see another surgeon with this training. Again, experience is paramount.
Jaw surgery/chin implant?

Good morning and thank you for your question. You may very well be a candidate for orthognathic surgery (jaw alignment surgery). Without seeing you personally, and examining you and your x-rays, it is difficult to say what is required. This surgery requires the expertise of an oral-maxillofacial surgeon and orthodontist as well. To close the earlobe hole usually requires a surgical procedure to remove the skin that has formed inside lining the hole. The procedure can be performed on children and adults. The procedure involves removing excess skin from behind the ear and reshaping the cartilage so as to make the ear lie closer to the face. How To Fix Deep Mental Crease?

Your chin aesthetics are a combination of both soft and hard tissues of the chin including the bone, muscle and skin. Changes in these structures can and will affect the chin the the mental crease.
