Dr. Arturo Muñoz Meza proposes a safe, natural and long-lasting results in every Plastic Aesthetic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive procedure based on a solid surgical background of 23 years experience in the field as a surgeon(4 years prior in General Surgery in a Trauma Center and General Hospital of Guatemala's Social Security Postgraduate Program) and of course having the privilege to emerge from one of the world's most complete and prestigious Plastic Surgery Training Programs:  Guadalajara University at "Instituto Jalisciense de Cirugia Plastica y Reconstructiva Dr. Jose Guerrerosantos".
Accredited by some of the most important Plastic Surgery Societies in the world, Dr. Muñoz never forgets his primary vocation as a medical doctor: to take care of his patients.

Dr. Arturo Muñoz Meza has privileged to do his office practice and Surgical Procedures in one of the best and prestigious Hospital chains in Mexico : Hospitales Angeles/Hospital Angeles Tijuana.

This Certified Hospital has state of the art facilities, operating rooms and recovery area. It also is one of the only all around the world who has the D’ Vincy computerized robotical system and an ICU on duty 27/7/365 .
The main reason why Dr. Munoz selected performing his surgical practice is because of his interest in patient’s safety first. Fortunately, over 21 years in practice we haven’t had the need for an ICU case, but it is always better to have it and don’t need it, and not in the inverse way.
Also, a good reason for using first level hospitals( like Hospital Del Prado too) is because most of his patients currently come from USA, CANADA , EUROPE and AUSTRALIA and this is a good way to show the world that GOOD PLASTIC SURGERY in Mexico is a reality, not an isolated lucky event. 
As part of the services we include, we have TRANSPORTATION from San Diego International Airport by Staff Members, RECOVERY AREA 5 min. close to our facilities( GRAND CARE, special area in GRAN HOTEL DE TIJUANA(4,7 Star hotel).

Too early to have an opinion about the real results. As you may know, definitive results usually are after 1 year postop. The only ancillary procedure I would have done , additionally is a tail of the eyebrow lift and a mini facelift, for an optimal results.

Would you as a doctor allow me to get a breast reduction

Well, the Reduction mammaplasty is a common procedure and in the best hands it doesn’t even bleed too much. Once your nephrologist has an updated renal function tests and says your kidney works normal, I believe you can be considered a candidate and maybe the surgical team has to be of 2-4 Plastic Surgeons with the only purpose to diminish the surgical time. Of course, you will be aware of your health condition, but this surgery can be done even with local anesthesia and IV sedation by a Certified Anesthesiologist. That’s my opiniom

Are you serious? Are you planning to put your face into a “pseudo Certificate” of a specialist trained specifically to give care to the peoples vision? The invasion to our speciality is from many other specialities, and the only reason is your money. An authentic Plastic Surgery indeed needs a skillfully demanding ability and artistry combined along with passing the most complete program that gives credit to his qualification. As an analogy: anyone can read a cooking recipe, have the right and fresh ingredients and the oven or whatever needs, and the dish can be “prepared” by thousands of people, but just a few are gifted with the good taste. Be careful, do your homework: ASPS is the most important Society of Board Certified Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons. You must have been earned about how important is the breast massage to avoid capsular contracture. That is not normal(pain) and you have to discard a contracture before it progresses. Sorry if I am that direct. Go with your surgeon and do the pertinent studies to discard this diagnosis.

Well, it looks that your Microgenia case, was for more than a chin implant, as projection is suboptimal. You may need to “cut and advance your own chin bone. Cephalometry will confirm this.

Well, your own perception is too drastic : in my opinion you are a beautiful woman and a good Aesthetic Rhinoplasty would make a positive change in your face, adding an effective “added charm”, just like the “jewel in the crown”. A scar revision is possible, even it looks it is not easy to guarantee a total improvement. The reason why it happened is just because an improper wound lips closure an an extended incision. If you ever decide to do a scar revision, of course go with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and you will need a laser treatment a few weeks after( Picolaser). Well, it all depends on your own natural features and anatomical needs vs real and natural looking results. For instance, some people comes and ask for eyelids surgery, when they are still young and an improvement is reached with a tail of the eyebrows lift. There are techniques for treating the lateral cantus in order to avoid or to correct an ectoprion during blepharoplasty. Maybe, what you are looking for, is what is being promoted as “Foxy eyes” that is a combination of tail of the eyebrowlift and upper cheeks bone and cheeks lift. You must be evaluated( photoss or personal consultation) to see realistic expectations and possibilities.
