Knowing how big to go

Hello! I know you want to get to a certain cup size and you will probably be able to get there since you were that size when pregnant. When you have a consultation with your plastic surgeon, be sure to be as candid as you can about what size you desire!! I would recommend using the gel implants since you want a larger size-- these implants are softer, and feel like a natural breast. Breast Wishes!
Nipple release

Hello, Nipple eversion can be down with an external incision, and release of the tethering ducts, and then some tissue can be placed to maintain the eversion. If the eversion does relapse, it can be repeated. Other dermal fillers and materials can be placed in the nipple as well to maintain the desired projection. Good luck.

Hi Traci, Pricing for breast augmentation varies by region, but in Ohio I would place the ball park around $7000- $9000-- for the total cost, including implants , and OR fees. I would suggest that shopping on price alone for surgery can backfire-- I would decide based on the expertise of the surgeon. Breast Wishes!
How old do you have to be and will insurance cover it?

Hello and thanks for the excellent question. I would recommend that you are sure you are finished developing-- which for most young ladies is around 16-17 years old. For the insurance to cover this, you just need to meet the usual requirements for amount of tissue removed, and have documented other medical problems caused by the large size of your breasts, such as neck pain and rashes. Great Question-- it is hard to say exactly without an exam-- you may be able to have only skin removed in the lift but often some lower tissue is removed because it it low and saggy-- and then replaced with a small implant in the upper pole for fullness that is needed there. Breast Wishes.
