Meet Dr. William Stefani
Dr William A Stefani is a renowned Plastic Surgeon with over 20 years experience that is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr Stefani is an expert in aesthetic plastic surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society forAesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has been voted “Top Doc” featured in Hour Detroit, voted on by his peers, multiple times, and listed in Castle Connolly directory of American’s foremost surgeons. His clientele includes prominent Metro Detroit and international personalities.
Dr Stefani has extensive training by some of the most highly regarded aesthetic plastic surgeons in the world. After finishing a plastic surgery fellowship he went on to complete an aesthetic fellowship with Dr Daniel Baker and Dr Sherrill Aston in New York City. It was here that Dr Stefani was able to absorb multiple techniques form the worlds pioneers of Aesthetic Surgery. Dr Stefani still reviews and writes articles for the journals. He was one of the first plastic surgeons to identify and treat paradoxical adipose hyperplasia following cryolipolysis ( Coolsculpting). “My belief is to give the patient the best result possible, do not talk them into any procedure, a happy patient make a happy doctor!”

Dr Stefani's wonderful staff has years of knowledge. Michelle Palazzolo, office manager, has been with him for over 20 years. After consulting with Dr Stefani, where he will take the time to discuss all topics of concern, Michelle or Tiffany, (nurse coordinator) will walk you through the entire process.

Dr Stefani has assembled a state of the art operating suite to ensure patient safety. This includes expertly trained personnel. CRNA's , nurse's and surgical technician's that Dr Stefani has worked with at the local hospitals, have been cherry picked to administer the best care. The facility is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF) to ensure compliance.
