Breast Implant Removal

I want to know if it is always necessary to have the large incisions to remove saline implants. Is it possible to deflate the implant than remove it through an incision around the areola.

What went wrong?

Chin Surgery

I had a chin augmentation with lipo in March of 2024. My main concern was my double chin. I expressed to my surgeon I am not happy with the look and I still have a double chin / maybe the implant is making it look that way. I also feel the implant just looks wrong from certain angles. Am I crazy or is this how I should look? My surgeon was argumentative and wont admit I have a reason to be unhappy

Reconstruction of nail bed and nail matrix of great toe. Where can I find a doctor who does this.l

General Reconstruction

I am still hoping someone can reach out to me to help me find a reconstructive surgeon who specializes in this surgery. I am told that this is done but I cannot find anyone who does this surgery anywhere. I know it is definitely done on the fingernail but I cannot find anyone who can do this on toenail. It is so frustrating. And every time I get my hopes up, I'm told no. Please reach out to me. TY

Facial mole removal on infants

Giant Nevi Removal

Hello, my son is 5 months old and has a mole near his lip. Is it safe to perform a mole removal procedure on infants? If so, what is the earliest age for this, and what methods are available that do not involve cutting the skin? Thank you!
