A woman in her 30s with a massive ventral hernia caused by multiple previous surgeries. The patient complained that she looked pregnant due to the hernia. Patient is now 2 months postop abdominoplasty and ventral hernia repair with componens separation and strattice underlay mesh.

Age: 30

Umbilical Translocation: No

Concomitant hernia repair: Incisional

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 2
