A 30 yo mother of 3 is shown just before and again 15 1/2 months after abdominoplasty combined with liposuction of the inner thighs and the hips.  She is 5' 3 1/2" and 144 lbs.  She is pleased by the flatness of her stomach after surgery, and by no longer having "muffin tops" in jeans.  She is also pleased that her inner thighs no longer rub together when she walks.  She is noted to have some mild asymmetry, with her left hip being slightly larger and higher both before and after her surgery.  Her abdominal scar is placed in a "thong line" position, to allow it to be hidden by most clothing and swimsuit choices. A tattoo on her back is blurred for her privacy.
