This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her thighs/calves. She had weight fluctuation for years and was bothered by skin laxity. Her goal was to not have visible incisions. She underwent a crescentic thigh lift with liposuction/Renuvion to thighs to tighten. Liposuction was also performed on her calves.
