Immediate postop results are shown in this patient who underwent a rhinoplasty to improve the profile, with tip refinement. Multiple cartilage and bone grafts were utilized to reinforce the changes made to preserve long-term results. Hybrid grafting to the tip was performed with soft cartilage and mastoid fascia to optimize an overall tip defining point and natural result. Though there’s significant swelling, please note the overall improvement in nose contour and definition at the tip.
