This 34 year old female has a previous breast augmentation using an over-filled 400 cc saline implant. She disliked the heavy appearance of her breasts, but wanted to maintain a good portion of her augmented breast volume. She also disliked the fatty appearance of her abdomen and waist. She was treated with implant replacement with smaller 295 cc silicone implants and liposuction of the upper, lower abdomen and waist zones.
