Male Breast Reduction | Case Details

63 year old male was developed some gynecomastia and loose skin from aging that gave him a breast like appearance around the areola and a hollow just above where the skin sagged. I removed the breast tissue and evened out the area with SAFElipo and then fat grafted into his pectoralis muscle to pick up the loose skin, fill the hollow and give him a more muscular appearance.
