Male Breast Reduction | Case Details
A 20 yo college student with unilateral ( one side only) gynecomastia (female appearing breast growth) of unknown origin. This developed at the age of 16, and may have been related to marijuana use. I was concerned that the areola may require additional surgery to reduce its size, but it shrank sufficiently after removal of the excess fat and breast tissue, and additional surgery was not required. He is thrilled to be able to go shirtless at the beach, as well as being able to wear fitted shirts.
