19 yo African American male with biliateral gynecomastia of idiopathic (unknown) cause. He is troubled by a feminine appearance of his chest in fitted shirts and at the beach. He is shown before and again, 5 weeks after surgery. Although scars will typically continue to fade and improve for up to 2 years, he has moved out of state to attend college
