Male Breast Reduction | Case Details

This 28 year old transgender male wanted to have a flat chest, a reduced areola and nipple size. He underwent subcutaneous mastectomy, reduction of the nipple and areolar size. Sixty grams were reduced from the rigth side. Fourty-one grams were reduced from the left side. The only incision is around the nipple areolar complex.

Age: 20

Height Feet: 5

Height Inches: 4

Weight: 120

Breast Consistency: Glandular

Amount Resected Left (ccs): 41 grams

Amount Resected Right (ccs): 60 grams

Incision Area: Periareolar

Technique Used: Circum-areolar incision

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 24
