Facelift | Case Details

The patient lost 210lbs. to reach a weight of 160lbs. from bariatric surgery. She developed noticible forehead wrinkles, sagging facial and neck soft tissue. She underwent facelift, open forehead lift with hairline incision, and necklift. The necklift consisted of skin removal, muscle reduction and tightening. The forehead hairline incision avoided excessive backward displacement of the hairline.
