This 30 year old female underwent a breast reduction at Sound Plastic Surgery. A breast lift is included with a breast reduction, and this case illustrates that point very nicely. In the before photos her nipples are low on the breasts, and the breast reduction technique lift the nipple-areolar complex and reduces or eliminates breast sagging. As with all of their breast reductions, Dr. Sattler uses a superio-medial pedicle and Wise pattern skin excisaion to provide a nicely shaped breast. These photos were taken several months after her operation, and by one year these scars will fade considerably and appear as faint white lines.
