Breast Lift | Case Details
This 44-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient. She requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts and abdomen after having had twins one year earlier. The patient had undergone subglandular saline breast augmentation 12 years ago. She requested conversion to silicone implants in order to address the visible and palpable rippling of her existing implants as well as to lift her breasts into a more youthful position. She is 5' 3? tall, weighs 112 pounds and wears a 34 C bra. Dr. Parker removed the patient’s saline breast implants from the subglandular position and replaced them with somewhat larger silicone implants in a dual plane location. He removed a 225 cc saline implant from the right breast and 275 cc saline implant from the left. Dr. Parker replaced these with a 325 cc silicone implant on the right side and 375 cc implant on the left. He then performed a lollipop breast lift. The patient recovered quickly after her surgery. She is very happy with the more youthful, natural look and feel of her breasts.
