28 year old female with severe breast ptosis (sagging) - she desires a breast lift and augmentation ti improve upper breast volume and restore her nipple position to the aesthetic ideal. She was treated with a 500 cc silicone implant in the submuscular position and a vertical breast lift. This combined procedure is called a mastopexy augmentation.
