This 55 year old female came in with concerns about the fine lines and wrinkles on her forehead and around her eyes. To treat this, 27 units of Botox was injected into her forehead and temples.

Age: 55

Smoking History: Non-smoker

Site of Injection: Forehead

Use of ancillary procedures: Blepharoplasty
