Breast Augmentation | Case Details
This statuesque patient came to see me to discuss options for a natural-looking breast augmentation to complement her 6'1, 172 lb figure. During her consultation, we discussed the different types of implants, saline versus silicone gel, the location of the incision, and placement of implants. Ultimately Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, soft touch implants were used, placed subpectorally. To address pre-operative asymmetry, the implant used on the right was a full profile, 365cc implant and on the left, a moderate profile 330-cc implant was used.
