This patient is seen here before and after 2 surgeries. Her first surgery involved a tummy tuck, liposuction of the abdomen and back with fat transfer to the buttocks. 6 months later, I performed a reduction/lift with autoaugmetation to add fullness to the upper portion of her breast using her own natural tissue.
