This is a 25 year old patient who had lost 190 pounds following laparoscopic gastric sleeve surgery.  She presented with a great deal of excess skin which caused discomfort and warped her newly trimmed figure.  She is seen here shortly after surgery which included a breast lift with 485cc implants, a brachioplasty (arm lift), thighplasty with liposuction, and a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck.
