Due to loose skin extending to her love handles, this patient decided on an extended tummy tuck to get a tighter waist line and remove the fat in her love handles. Thanks to a TAP block done at the time of the procedure, she was able to walk comfortably the next day.

Umbilical Translocation: Yes

Abdominal Wall Plication: Above & Below Umbilicus

Concomitant hernia repair: None

Concomitant liposuction: Back/Flank

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 6 Months
