This patient had previously undergone and breast augmentation with a lift by a different surgeon. She decided she was done with breast implants and consulted to have them removed. We discussed that removal of her fairly large implants would result is sagging breasts. She chose to revise her breast lift while removing her implants to obtain her desired result.
