Significant weight loss led to significant skin excess in the abdomen. This lady underwent tummy tuck (++) with muscle wall tightening, in addition to other bodylift procedures.

Age: 62

Length of incision: Anterior Iliac Crest

Umbilical Translocation: No

Abdominal Wall Plication: Above & Below Umbilicus

Concomitant hernia repair: None

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 14
