After consultation, the decision was made to perform an Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty with a Standard Skin Muscle Flap Operation of the lower lids. Additionally, a Canthoplasty/Canthopexy was performed. After photos for this patient were taken 2 months postoperatively.
