The patient is a 41-year-old woman who presents with a focus of invasive carcinoma/DCIS of the left breast. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and a two stage expander/implant reconstruction with fat grafting. The post-operative photos were taken three months after her most recent procedure.
