35 year female who desired more uplifted/augmented breasts and an improved abdominal contour. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with submuscular placement of 325cc smooth round silicone implants. She also had a tummy tuck. The photo is taken approximately 3 months postoperatively.
