34 year old mother of two underwent a Mommy Makeover including a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Breast Lift (Circumvertical Mastopexy) with Implant Removal to improve her post-partum body. Patient desired a flat abdomen and smaller, perkier breasts. Post operative photos taken five months after surgery.
