36 year old woman presented to our office with severe capsular contracture (Bakers Grade IV). Bilateral Capsulectomy with Implant Exchange performed with silicone implants placed in subpectoral (under the muscle) position through the previous areola incision. Breast Lift was recommended, however patient did not want the associated scars. Post operative photos taken two weeks after surgery.
