42 year old woman underwent an Open Rhinoplasty to slightly raise and reduce the size of tip, as well as to eliminate bifidity (separation of tip into two bulbs by vertical furrow). Patient also had Suction Assisted Lipectomy (SAL) of the neck as well as a Upper and Corner Lip Lift. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
