49 year old woman underwent a Mommy Makeover including a Fitness Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) and Lollipop Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Saline Implants. Patient had eight full term pregnancies, five of them being surrogates, and wanted her pre-baby body back. She opted for saline implants due to pre surgical asymmetry. Post operative photos taken six weeks after surgery.
