41 year old woman underwent a Bilateral Capsulectomy with implant exchange to improve the overall appearance of her breasts. Patient presented to our office with capsular contracture which was starting to deform her breasts and causing her nipples to point down. She had been experiencing firmness for a few years, but since she wasn't having pain she put off surgery. Post operative photos taken six weeks after surgery.
