41 year old mother underwent a Bilateral Capsulectomy, Capsulorrhaphy, and Revision Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Implant Exchange. Patient had a Breast Reduction at a young age and subsequently had a Breast Augmentation. She presented to our office with capsular contracture and inferior displacement with implant malposition. Post operative photos taken six months after surgery.
