37 year old woman underwent a secondary Mastopexy (Breast Lift) with Implant Exchange. Patient presented to our office wanting to increase her size and lift her breasts slightly. She was unhappy with the way the bottom of her left breast looked and wanted it rounded out. Post operative photos taken one month after surgery.
