50 year old woman underwent a Bilateral Breast Reduction to improve the overall appearance of her breasts. Patient had dealt with years of back and neck pain due to her large heavy breasts. She wanted to have fuller perkier breasts and wanted her nipples to point forward vs down. Post operative photos taken two months after surgery.

Age: 50

Technique Used: Vertical Incision Technique
