35 year old active mother of three underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (Liposuction) of the inner and outer thighs. Patient was unhappy with the excess fat and cellulite on her thighs. She worked out regularly, however this was always a trouble area for her. She desired thinner, smoother thighs and wanted to remove saddle bags. Post operative photos taken two years after surgery.
