54 year old female underwent a Bilateral Brachioplasty to improve overall appearance of her arms. Patient had lost a significant amount of weight, however was unhappy with the excess fat and loose skin that remained on her arms. She wanted to be able to wear sleeveless clothing again and not feel like she had to cover up her arms. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
