30 year old mother of three underwent Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) + Circumvertical Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with silicone implants. Patient had a 85 pound weight loss after three pregnancies. She was proud of this huge accomplishment, however was disheartened by the way her body looked after. She wanted to be able to wear tight fitting clothing and feel good about her body.
